A Message from Gregory Kasparian
As the current owner of Turco Persian Rug Company, I take great pride in the way it functions. My father was the previous owner, and his influence has taught me the important points of running la business. Almost more importantly than turning a profit, we ensure that our employees are treated with due respect and fairness. More than just words, we have had a profit sharing plan in place for 20 years. By maintaining the morale amongst our employees, we create a positive work environment which makes it common to see an employee stay at Turco Persian for decades, with a sense of loyalty and pride; something that is rarely seen in business today.
All of this relates into a positive experience for the customer. Our employees at Turco Persian do what it takes to ensure that the job is done right, and on time. We offer a no haggle complaint policy, and understand the key to a successful business is gaining a customer's trust and loyalty.
The dawn of a new century brings about revolutionary changes in the way businesses are run, but the backbone remains the same; treat a customer with respect and honesty. This web site shows the changing face of Turco Persian, but at the core we are still based on the same principles that started this company a century ago.
